Connecting cables.
a)
Connect the wire feeder to the welding machine with
12-pin connector (6).
b)
Connect the wire feeder to the welding machine with
the cooling cables, making sure that colours (+/-) are
connected to the appropriate ports (16 and 17).
c)
Connect a torch (MIG or MMA) according to the
welding method. After connecting the cable of MIG
torch, connect cooling cables according to the colours
(+/-).
d)
Connect a ground wire to the welding machine so
that the port is suitable for the welding method.
e)
Connect the welding machine to the power supply.
Supplementing the cooling system
a)
Unscrew the lid of the cooling unit (3).
b)
Add water so that the level of water does not exceed
marked maxumim water level (4).
Installing the wire spool and threading the wire.
a)
Open
the
spool
drum
and
unscrew
spool's fastening screw.
b)
Place the wire spool on the spool clamping pin.
Unscrew knobs regulating wire pressure, lower them and
raise the pressure rollers before inserting the wire into the
guide.
a)
After unspooling and cutting off the bent end, hold
the wire firmly and thread it through the guide.
b)
Press the wire with the pressure rollers.
c)
Lift and carefully tighten the knobs adjusting wire
pressure.
d)
After turning the welder on, use the "quick feed"
button to activate the wire-feeding mechanism.
Warning: Wire feeding is regulated with the MIG
burner trigger. After installing a new spool, wait until
the wire reaches the nozzle level nozzle.

Welding
Before starting to weld, turn the welder on with the power
switch.
MIG/MAG
Attention: Set the welding method with the welding
method setting button.

1.
Set the cooling mode by pressing the button to start
the cooling system. Select water or air cooling mode.
2.
Set the 2-touch (2T) or four-touch (4T) option by
pressing the welding mode button.
2T – press this button on the burner to start the
metal welding process, release this button to end this
process.
4T – press this button on the burner to start the metal
welding process, releasing this button does not end
this process. Press and release this button again to
end the metal welding process.
3.
Set and adjust the wire feed rate with the wire feed
adjustment knob.
4.
Set the welding current with the welding current
adjustment knob.
5.
Set level of inductance with the inductance adjustment
knob.
MMA
1.
Make sure that an electrode is properly connected to
the holder.
2.
Set the correct amperage with the amperage
adjustment knob.
3.
To turn on/off VRD function, set the amperage to
108A and hold the welding mode button (2T/4T) for
three seconds. Aa diode will indicate that the VRD
function has been turned on/off.
Flux
Polarisation conversion connector.
The device has polarity conversion capability; there are
positive and negative output terminals. Between the wire
feeder and the wire spool; when using the MIG method,
the welding torch connector should be connected to the
positive output terminal and the grounding wire should
be connected to the negative output terminal. When using
flux-cored wires, the grounding wire and the welding torch
connector should have the opposite polarisation than
when using the MIG method.
1.
Set the MIG welding method.
2.
Set and adjust the wire feed rate with the wire feed
adjustment knob.
3.
Set the welding current with the welding current
adjustment knob.
4.
Set the indunctance level with the inductance
adjustment knob.
WARNING: during welding, it is forbidden to pull the plug
or the cable that is being used. It may result in damage to
the unit and/or risk of death.
Advice for use:
The temperature of environment must not be higher
than 40°C and the relative humidity should be less
than 90%.
4
Avoid welding in direct sunlight and/or rain.
Do not use the machine in environments containing
dust or corrosive gas.
Avoid TIG welding in a strong wind.
When the voltage, output current and machine
temperature exceed the nominal values, the unit will
automatically switch off. Current overload can cause
damage and destroy the machine.
After exceeding the operating cycle, the unit will
stop working. When the main switch is in the "ON"
position and the machine overloads, the overload
indicator lights up (red LED). Do not pull the plug
EN
from the power supply so that the fan can cool the
machine down. When the temperature drops, the
overload indicator turns off and you can continue
welding.
6. DISPOSING OF PACKAGING
The various items used for packaging (cardboard, plastic
straps, polyurethane foam) should be kept, so that the
device can be sent back to the service centre in the best
possible condition in case of any problems!
7. TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
Shaking, crashing and turning upside down of the device
should be prevented while it is transported. Store it in
a properly ventilated surrounding with dry air and without
any corrosive gas.
8. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Disconnect
from
electricity
when
cleaning
equipment.
Use cleaner without corrosive substances to clean
surface.
Dry all parts well after cleaning before the device is
used again.
Store the unit in a dry, cool location, free from
moisture and direct exposure to sunlight.
Regularly
remove
dust
with
dry
and
compressed air.
9. REGULAR CONTROL OF THE DEVICE
Check regularly that the device doesn´t present any
damage. If there is any damage, please stop using the
device. Please contact your customer service to solve the
problem.
