Introduction

2.1

General

The Infratec™ Sofia analyses quality parameters in grain such as protein and
moisture with very little sample preparation. Infratec Sofia is a grain analyzer which
is designed to be easy to use, robust, transportable and reliable. In its standard
configuration, Infratec Sofia can measure protein and moisture content in whole
grain wheat and barley samples.
