2.5 Operation Panel

LED Indicators

2.5.1 LED Indicators
LED Description
Indicates the output status.
1. ON (Green; On or Flashing): UPS AC output receptacles are ON.
A. Green LED ON = Connected equipment is PROTECTED from power failures.
B. Green LED Flashing = Connected equipment is NOT PROTECTED from power failures (To enable protection,
turn the UPS ON).
2. OFF: UPS AC output receptacles are OFF.
Indicates the warning status.
1. ON (Red): The UPS is in failure mode.
2. Flashing (Red): The UPS system's working conditions are abnormal.

2.5.2 Multi-Function Buttons

(Including a 7-Segment Display)
Description
The ON button has two functions.
1. Turn On (Enable Protection / Cold Start):
A. Enable UPS Protection - In Off Mode, press and hold this button for 3 seconds. Release as
you hear one beep. The UPS will turn on in the user-configured protected operating mode
(Auto-Adaptive On-line, ECO, Frequency Conversion/Regulation) and the green output LED
will turn on.
B. Cold Start - As the UPS is completely OFF and unpowered, press and hold this button for
3 seconds. The UPS will turn on in Battery Mode and provide inverter-derived AC output.
2. Battery Test:
• A battery test can only be performed when the UPS is operating in "qUA" (Max-Quality/Online)
or "ECO" (Max-Efficiency) mode.
• For a manual battery test, press and hold the button for 3 seconds. Release it after you hear
one beep. The UPS will transfer to run in Battery Mode and perform a 10-second battery test.
If the test result is okay, the 7-segment display will show 'PAS' and the UPS will return to its
original mode of operation. If the test result is abnormal, the 7-segment display will show 'FAL',
the no-battery/battery replacement icon (
