PREPARING FOR ASSEMBLY

1. Open the carton, unwrap all parts, safely disposing of all plastic coverings away from children and infants.
2. Make sure you have all parts and tools needed for assembly, including YOUR OWN Phillips Screwdriver.
3. For thicker mattress/box springs, you may wish to build your SwivAssist™ to the desired height by selecting the best
height to meet the user's personal preference via the springloaded buttons and various holes on the lower frame.
ASSEMBLY
4. Insert part A into part B. Repeat for other side. Secure with screws but do not tighten completely.
5. Align part C with both parts B and screw into place, without fully tightening yet.
6. Slide part D into both part B tubes. Secure and adjust height using springloaded buttons and the various height
holes. Be certain to use holes at the same height along each part B.
7. Tighten all screws on parts A, B and C.
8. Once all screws are tightened, your SwivAssist™ is ready to install on the bed.
