Setting the baud rate

The bus coupler automatically sets its baud rate to correspond
with the baud rate set by the bus master.
– Note the permissible baud rates:
– 9.6 / 19.2 / 93.75 / 187.5 / 500 / 1,500 kBaud
– 3 / 6 / 12 MBaud

Assigning an address to the bus coupler
The bus coupler's station address is delivered with a factory
setting of "0". If the ASIC in the bus coupler recognizes the
invalid value "0" when booted, the station address will be
automatically set to 126 until the user changes the station
address to the required value using the S1 and S2 switches.
