OPERATION

S elect the A C V O LT S range on the DMM (or other device).
To activate unit, move switch from the "off" position to the required
me asuring range. If the value of current being me asured is unknown, first
select the 3000A range and then reduce accordingly.

BATTERY STATUS

B attery status is indicated by an L E D on the front of the probe. This L E D
will flash one time when the unit is activated. The length of time the L E D is
lit will incre ase as battery life decre ases. Momentary lighting of L E D
indicates batteries are good. C ontinuous lighting of L E D indicates low
battery, replace batteries soon. No lighting of L E D indicates batteries are
de ad, replace immediately.

MAINTENANCE

Do not use the Amprobe ACF3000 AK if damaged.
Always inspect the electronics unit, connecting cable, and flexible
me asuring he ad for damage before use.
To avoid electric shock, ke ep the Amprobe A C F 3000 A K cle an and fre e of
surface contamination. Use Isopropyl Alcohol to cle an the electronics unit
and me asuring he ad.
Make sure the flexible me asuring he ad, connecting cable, and electronics
enclosure are dry before further use.
