Mounting
For your own safety, read all notices and operating steps carefully. Keep the instructions for
future reference.
The light source (LED module) of this luminaire cannot be replaced.
• If the light source malfunctions or fails, please contact TRILUX.
• When the light source has reached the end of its service life, replace the entire
luminaire.
Prevention of cable breakage
• Disconnect the connection cable from the socket only by pulling the mains
plug.
Important information on the connecting cable
• Operate the luminaire only with an undamaged outer cable. If the outer cable is damaged,
it must be replaced by a special cable or by a cable available exclusively from TRILUX or
its service partner.
Prevention of heat accumulation and fire hazard
• Do not place objects on the luminaire. Do not cover the luminaire with e.g.
jackets, blankets or cloths.

Cleaning the plastic parts
• TRILUX recommends: Clean the plastic parts with a light soap solution. Then
treat the plastic parts with an antistatic agent.

Disposal of waste electrical and electronic equipment
• Always collect and dispose of old electrical and electronic equipment separa-
tely at the end of its service life. In case of doubt, seek information about
environmentally-compliant waste disposal from your local district authority
or special waste disposal companies.

INITIAL START-UP

After plugging in the mains plug for the first time, the luminaire is in automatic mode:
• Motion sensor: active
• Light sensor: active
Setting the light sensor and motion sensor
• Open the top cover. Use a screwdriver to set the rotary switch to the
desired setting.

Motion sensor
• If the motion sensor is active, the luminaire switches on automatically
as soon as presence in the room is detected. If no presence is detected
within 30 minutes, brightness is reduced to 30%. If no presence is
detected after a further 30 minutes, the luminaire switches off automa-
tically.
Light sensor
• If the light sensor is active, it ensures a constant brightness level in the
vicinity of the luminaire. The illuminance can be adjusted manually using
the push-button. This value is automatically saved after 30 s as the new
setpoint setting for the brightness level.
