The warranty covers malfunctions and malfunctions of the appliance as long as it is used in accordance with its
intended use and according to the instructions in the manual.
In order to claim the warranty, proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required and the product must be complete and
with all its accessories.
The warranty clause does not cover deterioration caused by wear and tear, lack of maintenance, negligence, incorrect
assembly or improper use (knocks, non-observance of power supply instructions, storage, conditions of use, etc.).
Also excluded from the warranty are the consequences due to the use of accessories or spare parts not original or not
suitable for the assembly or modification of the appliance.

We, PRAT INTERNATIONAL BRANDS S.L., owner of the brand FITFIU FITNESS, with registered office in Blanquers
Street, (plot 7-8) Polígono Industrial de Valls 43800 - Valls, SPAIN, declare that the BM-30 weights bench from serial
number 2021 onwards, are in conformity with the requirements of the applicable European Parliament and Council
Directives:
• Directive 2014/30/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 February 2014 on the harmonization
of the laws of the Member States relating to electromagnetic compatibility (recast).
•
Directive 2004/108/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 December 2004 on the approximation
of the laws of the Member States relating to electromagnetic compatibility and repealing Directive 89/336/EEC.
