2.2 Intended use

The raiser for mobile oven rack is only in-
tended for use in large and commercial kit-
chens.
3 Product description
This kit raises the mobile oven rack. The
raiser is only available for floor unit mobile
oven racks.
Subsequent installation is possible.
Included in delivery: Mobile oven rack
raise for floor units [
1 Adapter with fixing bolts
2 "Rack height for liquids" sticker

Installation

WARNING
Height-adjustment with unit feet or
levelling frame
Risk of burning during operation when
loading on rack rails above 1600 mm
[63 inch].
Affix the safety label enclosed to the

unit.
Inform the end user about the hazard

of elevated rack rails.

are applied.

1. Remove the handle from the mobile
oven rack [ Photo
2. Carefully tilt the mobile oven rack over
the applied brakes [

Carefully place the mobile oven
rack on the floor [
3. Dismount the four rollers from the
mobile oven rack [

Set the four rollers aside. The
rollers will be mounted back onto
the mobile oven rack later.

The fixing points for the rollers will
be used for the mobile oven rack
raiser [ Photo
4. Position the adapter above the fixing
points [ Photo

Tip: The fixing on the front left
must be turned 180° so as to be
correctly positioned on the back
right fixing.
