HOW TO MOVE THE ELLIPTICAL
There are wheels located on the Front End
Caps
(No.
11L/R).
Hold
the
Fixed
Handlebar (No. 8) on the Main Frame (No.
1) and press down the front of the elliptical
off the floor. Now you can move the elliptical
trainer.
ADJUSTING THE BALANCE
In
order
to
achieve
a
smooth
and
comfortable ride, you must ensure that the
elliptical trainer is stable. If you notice that
the elliptical is unbalanced during use, you
can adjust the adjusting pads located
beneath the Rear End Caps (No. 15L/R).
