Intended use

This device is to be used exclusively for filling the
cooling water system in the vehicle.
Any other use or use beyond this scope is
considered improper use.
The user is responsible for damage result-
ing from improper use.

Operation (Fig. II and III)

Connect the device to the expansion tank or
cooler connection .

Connect the compressed air supply
▸
Open the pressure valve
The cooling system refill system creates a vacuum

in the system until the manometer stops
▸
Switch off the compressed air and check that the pres-
sure gauge does not indicate a pressure drop
Note
If the pressure drops, there is a leak
in the system. The leak must first be
localised and repaired. Then return to
the "Open pressure valve" step.

Place the hose in the new coolant liquid
Note
For a better filling result, the cooling
system liquid tank and the expansion
tank should be at the same height.

Open the valve on the outside of the filling hose
The liquid is automatically drawn into the cooling

system. The system is completely filled when the
pressure gauge returns to zero

Remove the device from the expansion tank
▸
Add more liquid if required
The old coolant has been properly drained from

the vehicle and operation is therefore safe.
