RIVETER INDICATOR LIGHT
The LED indicator light positioned on the riveter's handle (10) provides updates about the appliance.
The riveting machine in idle mode
- Green indicator light: no faults, the machine is ready for use
- Orange indicator light: fault found (insufficient pressure in the compressed-air network, mains fault or possibly the
wrong tool)
The riveting machine in operation
During the actuator's output phase (after pressing button 5), the indicator light will flash orange.
In the case of installing the rivets listed below, the indicator light flashes as long as the pressure set-point is not reached.
It will turn green when the effort set-point has been reached or remain orange if the pressure set-point has not been
reached.

The GYSPRESS 10T PP continuously checks whether the compressed-air network's pressure is sufficient to reach the
set-point pressure displayed. A message is displayed on the screen when the pressure becomes insufficient.
Operation report
An operation report is displayed at the end of each riveting operation (set-point pressure, measured force, date, time,
operating mode or manufacturer and rivet size).
In the case of positioning the types of rivets listed below, a good or bad pictorial example is shown on the right-hand
side of the screen at the end of the operation, this indicates whether the set-point pressure has been reached or not.

WORKSTATION GYSPRESS 10T PP CONTROL
Selected operation
The GYSPRESS 10T PUSH-PULL CONTROL machine is set up to fit
GYS Ø 3.3 mm x 3.5 mm self-piercing rivets.
The target force is displayed on the left-hand side of the screen. Here
it is pre-set to 50 kN. The left dial can be used to adjust this target
force as desired.
To access the general menu, press button 1
To change the operating mode or rivet type, press button 2.
