TURNING on the traceability feature
To turn on the traceability feature, go to the Traceability menu and select it .
The left-hand side of the screen lists the previously created worksite tasks.
The user can sort these tasks by name or by date by pressing push-button 2.
Holding down this button deletes the active site or all the worksite tasks saved on the machine.
The right-hand side of the screen displays the worksite task's date and time of recording as well as the number of
rivets carried out.
Select and continue with an existing worksite task by pressing button 4 .
Create a new worksite task by pressing push-button 3 . Enter a name for this worksite task by pressing button 3 .
DISPLAYING traceability reports
When a worksite task is being recorded, a symbol will be displayed in the top-left corner of the screen, followed by
the task's name and operation number. The operation number is incremented automatically and cannot be modified.
Only the positioning and set-up operations of the parts listed below will be saved in traceability reports:
- Flow-Form rivets
- Flow-Form flat head rivets
- Self-piercing rivets
- Solid rivets
- Flat-head solid rivets
- Rivet bushes
- Crimping pins
Data about threading, piercing, matting and rivet-removal operations, as well as blind rivet fitting, are not saved.
Turning off the traceability feature
To stop the traceability feature during a welding stage, return to the Traceability menu and select it .
Exporting traceability data onto a USB stick
Note: In order to export traceability data, the traceability-recording feature must no longer be running.
Connect the USB stick that comes supplied with the product (ref. 062344) into the machine's USB port.
Go to the Traceability menu and select it .
Press button 4 to begin exporting.
GYSPOT SOFTWARE
The purpose of this software is to edit and save worksite reports produced using a GYSPOT spot-welding machine or a
GYSPRESS 10T PP CONTROL RIVETING MACHINE.
The GYSPOT software can be installed from files on the USB stick that comes supplied with the appliance. In the \
GYSPOT V X.XX directory, double click on the INSTALL.EXE file and follow the instructions to install the software on your
PC. A GYSPOT icon will be automatically installed on your PC desktop.

Selecting a language:

This software supports several languages. The languages that are currently available are: English, French, German,
Spanish, Dutch, Danish, Finnish, Italian, Swedish, Russian and Turkish.
To select a language go to the menu and click 'Options', then click 'Languages'.
Please note, once a new language has been selected, the GYSPOT machine will automatically restart and begin dis-
playing the new language.
Choosing a machine:
The GYSPOT features available are directly linked to the type of machine being used (a spot-welding machine or riveting
machine).
