INCONVENIENTI

Qui di seguito sono elencati alcuni degli inconvenienti possibili durante il funzionamento del Ponte. La Ravaglioli declina ogni responsa-
bilità per danni dovuti a persone, animali e cose, per intervento da parte di personale non autorizzato. Pertanto al verifi carsi del guasto
si raccomanda di contattare tempestivamente l'assistenza tecnica in modo da ricevere le indicazioni per poter compiere operazioni e/o
regolazioni in condizioni di massima sicurezza, evitando il rischio di causare danni a persone, animali e cose.
E' necessario l'intervento dell'assistenza tecnica. Vietato eseguire intervento.
Posizionare sullo "0" e lucchettare l'interruttore generale in caso di emergenza e/o manutenzione al sollevatore
INCONVENIENTE

Non completa la corsa di sollevamento
I carrelli salgono solo per 300 mm con
successivo disinserimento della sonda
termica.

8. TROUBLESHOOTING
Certain problems which may arise while using the lift are listed below. Ravaglioli cannot accept any liability for injury to people or animals
and damage to things caused by unauthorised staff using the equipment. In the event of faults, you are advised to contact the technical
service department in good time to receive advice about how to carry out work and/or adjustments in maximum safety conditions, thus
avoiding the risk of injury to people or animals and damage to things.
Technical service staff are required. Intervention by others prohibited.
Turn to 0 and padlock the main switch in case of emergency and/or maintenance to the lift
PROBLEM
Lift does not work
Lifting travel is not completed
Lift rises 300 mm, then heat probe discon-
nects
Irregular lifting
Mechanical block
The lift does not realign during down-stro-
ke (opposite column is higher) or up-stroke
(opposite column is lower)
8. BETRIEBSSTÖRUNGEN
Nachstehend einige der Betriebsstörungen, die während der Bedienung der Hebebühne auftreten könnten. Ravaglioli übernimmt in
keinem Fall die Haftung für eventuelle durch Eingriffe seitens nicht autorisiertem Personal verursachte Schäden an Personen, Tieren
oder Sachen. Bei Betriebsstörungen unverzüglich den technischen Kundendienst zu Rate ziehen, damit Anweisungen zur Ausführung
der Eingriffe und/oder Einstellungen unter Berücksichtigung der notwendigen Sicherheitsmassnahmen, damit weder für Personen,
Tiere noch Sachen Gefahr besteht, erteilt werden können.
Muss durch den technischen Kundendienst ausgeführt werden. Eingriff verboten.
Den Hauptschalter bei Not-Aus und/oder Wartung der Hebebühnen auf "0" positionieren und verriegeln.

Troppo attrito del cavetto nella guaina a cau-
sa di schiacciamenti o danneggiamenti della
stessa. Il problema è evidenziato da diffe-
renze di quota "A" parag. 6.6 superiori ai 3
– 4 mm tra la manovra di salita e quella di
discesa.
NON è stato rimosso il distanziale che inibi-
sce il sistema di riallineo
POSSIBLE CAUSE

Trasformer fuse burnt out
Power failure
Heat probe disconnected
Load exceeds rated lifting capacity
Voltage of the mains is too low
Mechanical stop due to total wear of main
nuts
Drive belts are slipping
Limit switch damaged
friction of cable into the sheath is too high
because sheath is squashed or damaged.
The problem is characterized by differences
of "A" value –as specifi ed under par. 6.6-
which are higher than 3-4 mm between up-
stroke and down-stroke.
The spacer inhibiting the realignment sy-
stem has NOT been removed
