5.- FITTING THE HANDLEBAR.-
Position the handlebar (21) on the
handlebar stem (37), Fig.5, tighten the
knob
(61)
and
handlebar stem (37) into the hole on
the main body (67), Fig.5. Position it
correctly and then tighten knob (Y) by
turning it clockwise.
ADJUSTING
HORIZONTALLY.-
Position the handlebar (21) at a
comfortable
distance
exercise but without going beyond the
"MAX" marks, now tighten knob (61)
securely, Fig.5.
ADJUSTING
VERTICALLY.-
Position the handlebar (21) at a
comfortable
distance
exercise but without going beyond the
"MAX" marks, now tighten knob (Y)
securely, Fig.5.
6.- ATTACHING THE MONITOR.-
Fit the monitor (28), Fig 6, into the
bracket and tighten securely. Insert
the jack on the cable into the back of
the monitor (See the instruction book
for the monitor).
7.- EXERTION SETTINGS.-
To provide an even level of exertion
during exercise, this appliance is
equipped with a tensioning control
(31), located on the stem of the main
body (67), Fig.6. This provides various
exertion
settings
clockwise.
To increase pedal resistance turn the
tensioning control (31) clockwise (+)
until the exertion level best suits your
exercise requirements.
To reduce pedal resistance turn the
tensioning control (31) anticlockwise (-).

Important:
This tensioning control (31) is equipped
with an emergency braking system
which, when applied with force (as
the
shown by the arrow in Fig.6, produces
a much sharper braking effect.
8.- LEVELLING.-
Once the unit has been placed into its
final position, make sure that it sits flat
on the floor and that it is level. This
doing
can be achieved by screwing the
adjustable feet (13) up or down, as
shown in Fig.7.
9.- MOVEMENT & STORAGE.-
The unit is equipped with wheels (15)
Fig.8, to make it easier to move. The
wheels located at the front of your unit
doing
make it easier to move it into a chosen
position, by lifting the rear of the unit
up slightly and pushing it, as shown in
Fig.8. Store your unit in a dry place,
preferably not subject to changes in
temperature.
MAINTAINING THE MACHINE.-
For health reasons it is necessary to
clean the handlebars and seat after
each class with a disinfectant spray,
as well as removing any sweat from
the bicycle's frame
MAINTENANCE EVERY 100
HOURS.-
1. TIGHTENING THE PEDALS
Even though the pedals are already
turned
fitted, the right-hand pedal (marked R)
screws on in a clockwise direction,
whereas the left-hand pedal (marked
L) does so in the opposite direction.
