E6000 SERIES

The models of the series E6000 can be installed outdoor. These models have 2 wheels for their movement and adjustable handles in order to make
easier the transport. Due to safety and comfort reasons, we recommend to move it while it is cold and without the smoke installation connected.
2.1.4

FORCED VENTILATION (ONLY MODELS WITH TURBINE)

Some models of stoves have a turbine of 225 m3/h. The inserts of the series I70, I70E and I70/3 have a tangential
turbine of 290m3/h and the inserts of the series I90, I90E and I90/3 have a tangential turbine of 335 m3/h. All
fireplaces have a tangential turbine of 290 m3/h, except the models of the series CH2000 that have a turbine of 225
m3/h. The turbine serves to improve the heat distribution through the ventilation of the installation room.
These three-positions have the following functions:
-
0 position: the fans are turned off when there is no combustion inside the chamber due to the stove is provided with
a thermostat that controls the fan according to the temperature of the stove.
1 position: the fans run in a low speed.

2 position: the fans run in a high speed.

TURBINE CONNECTION

In the right back side of the stove you will find the cable that connects to the electricity network.
It is advisable do not cut it in the entire length because this section is useful when needed by changes in electrical components inside. It is obligated the
correct connection of the installation to earth connection.
The installation of the system might be done by skilled labour and qualified under the current rules.
WARNING!!
All models must always be connected to the electrical network so that in case of a high temperature, the turbine can operate and evacuate the heat
towards the room where it is placed or towards the adjacent rooms. The insert should never be disconnected of the network when it is in operation. In
this case, the warranty would be cancelled.
2.1.6

INSERT CONNECTION

The inserts are provided with connections for two ventilation additional outputs. To install them, follow the next steps:
a.
Remove the close covers of the air outputs placed at the high of the sump.
b.
Set the connection collars on the hole or holes.
c.
Drill the wall or existent hood to pass and install the fireproof flexible tubes (diameter of 12 cm) with their
corresponding connection.
d.
Set the tubes with metallic clamps to the corresponding collars and grilles. Every tube must not exceed 3.5 m.
long and it must be insulated with insulated materials to avoid noises and loss of heat.
e.
The grilles must be placed higher than 2 meters over the floor to avoid the heat air annoy the people.
Auxiliary ventilation
All the inserts have in the upper part of the frame an adjustable leaf, where you can select that all the air runs through
the channeling exits or that a small part goes through the front part of the insert.
WARNING!!:
If you do not use any of the auxiliary channeling outputs, you should open the adjustable leaf so that the air can go through the front part of the insert.
