INSTRUCTIONS ON ASSEMBLY AND USE

Rear light unit
The on/off switch and the USB port protected by the dust plug on the
opposite side of the rear light unit are located on the side of the rear
light unit. Pressing the on/off switch once activates the continuous light,
pressing the on/off switch twice activates fast flashing (high frequency),
pressing it three times switches the light off again.

CHARGING THE RECHARGEABLE BATTERY

When the batteries of the light units are completely discharged, they
can be recharged using the supplied USB cable. To do this, remo-
ve the dust plug from the respective unit and plug in the USB cable.
Connect the USB cable to a suitable power source. This must have a
voltage of 5 Volts, the current strength must be 1-2 Ampere. Char-
ging the batteries takes approx. 2 ½ hours.

MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE

Use only a dry or damp cloth to clean the product; do not use special
cleaning agents! Check the product for damage or traces of wear and tear
before and after each use. Do not make any structural changes. For your
own safety, please use original spare parts only. These can be sourced
from HUDORA. If parts become damaged or if sharp edges or corners
should develop, the product may not be used any more. If in any doubt,
please contact our service team (http://www.hudora.de/service/). Store
the product in a safe place where it is protected from the elements, can-
not be damaged, and cannot injure anyone.

DISPOSAL ADVICE
At the end of the product's life, please dispose of it at an appropriate col-
lection point provided in your area. Local waste management companies
will be able to answer your questions on this.
Caution: Used batteries and switching units/electrical and
electronic parts must not be discarded in the house waste in
order to protect the environment. By the means of an envi-
ronmentally friendly disposal, valuable raw materials can be
recovered. Return of old batteries is therefore mandatory by
law. After use batteries can be disposed of free of charge at
any point of sale or existing collections centres. All switching units must
be removed from the product and must also be disposed of separately.
The symbol with the crossed-out bin indicates this.
The batteries are factory installed and ready for use. To remove them,
unscrew the light units and remove the respective block together with
the cables.
