Operation using sensor buttons
The hob extractor is operated using touch-control
sensor buttons. The sensor buttons function as follows:
briefly touch a symbol on the touch-control glass panel
with your finger tip. The touch-control sensor button is
referred to as "button" hereinafter.
Minus button / Plus button
The following settings can be configured using these
buttons:

Switching on and switching off the unit

Determining the extraction power

Activating the automatic adjusting system
Switching on and switching off the unit:
The unit is activated by actuating the Plus or Minus
button.
The display starts with "0" on activation. The unit
switches off automatically if there is no further input in
the next 10 seconds.
If the unit is being operated, the neutral position can
be directly reached by actuating the Plus and Minus
buttons simultaneously. The unit again switches off
automatically after another 10 seconds.
Determining the extraction power:
If the unit is activated, the extraction power can be
regulated with the Plus and Minus buttons.
The hob extractor has three power levels and one
automatic adjusting system.

actuating the Plus button:

If you keep the Plus or Minus button pressed for a long
time, the power levels will automatically run through
according to the above mentioned sequence.
Activating the automatic adjusting system:
If you wish to further ventilate the room after the
cooking process, you can activate the automatic
adjusting system by selecting the n-position. Level 1
runs for 10 minutes in this mode. The unit switches off
automatically after this time has lapsed.
Operating time restriction:
The hob extractor has an automatic operating time
restriction of 120 minutes. The condition here is that
settings of the power levels are not changed during
the duration of use.
