Mounting instructions
The channels are screwed together in the
flange area of the transition pieces for fixing
the silence module. Move the silence module
upwards so that the weight does not bear down
the substructure module.
For this, use the screws provided in the
accessory kit.
After all the channels are installed, the channel
connections must be stuck with the enclosed

sealing tape.

The installation must be covered with a so-
called cable guard so as to protect the user
from possible dangers. This must be adjusted
to the joint pattern of the front panel depending
on the structure of the kitchen cupboard.
It may be necessary to relieve the load on
the substructure. This can be performed by
transferring the load to a cable guard, for
example.
However, it must be possible to reverse
the cable guard installation so that all built-in
devices are accessible in the case of service
call.
If the back of the kitchen cupboard has been
removed during mounting, it must be refitted.
If necessary, recesses must be made here as
well.
After the installation is complete, the system
can now be supplied with power via the Schuko
plug.
Place the stainless steel grease filter included
in the scope of supply in the hob extractor.
Operate the unit as described in the "Operation"
section.
