preparing THe appLiance For operaTion

1. Ensure that you have selected a safe loca-
tion.
2. Comply with all safety instructions and
safety regulations.
3. Plug the mains plug of the appliance into an
electrical outlet (220-240 V ~ 50 Hz).
4. Select the desired temperature level on the
rotary regulator. To do this, turn the rotary
regulator in the desired direction.
ƒ Low for lower heating temperatures
(1,200 watt),
ƒ High for more heat (2,000 watt)
ƒ Low/Swing for lower heating temperatu-
res (1,200 watt) with oscillating function
(swing function)
ƒ High/Swing for more heat (2,000 watt)
with oscillating function

cLeaning anD care

carefully close the filter cover.

oVerHeaTing proTecTion circuiT

1. The appliance is equipped with an overhe-
ating protection circuit that switches the
appliance off when it is heated over 70°C.
2. If the overheating protection circuit has
been tripped, switch the appliance off,
unplug the plug from the electrical outlet
and let the appliance cool for at least 10
minutes.
3. Eliminate the cause of the overheating, (e.g.
excessive dust in the appliance, air outlet

appliance shows that the appliance is in
