Changing the tool.
Before mounting or replacing cutting tool or accessories, pull the power plug.
WARNING
This preventive safety measure rules out the danger of injuries through acciden-
tal starting of the power tool.
Mounting a tap with the 3-jaw chuck
(figure 5).
Degrease the output spindle and the inside
cone of the 3-jaw chuck before mounting.
Slide the 3-jaw chuck onto the drive spindle.
Mount the collet.
Insert the tap.
Tighten the 3-jaw chuck and the collet using
two open-end wrenches.
