Cause
No mains voltage

Pump has run dry.
Solution
− Check the mains voltage
− Check supply lines
Clean
Clean pump. The pump automatically switches on
again once the motor has cooled down.
Disconnect the power supply and remove obstacle.
Then switch the pump on again.

− Select larger hose diameter
− Reduce hose length to reduce frictional loss
− Avoid unnecessary connection elements
Clean pump. The pump automatically switches on

Note maximum water temperature of +35°C. The
pump automatically switches on again once the
motor has cooled down.
Disconnect the power supply and remove obstacle.
Then switch the pump on again.
Flood pump. Fully submerge the unit when operated
in the pond.
