BEFORE USE

To fit the batteries, remove the cover at the back of the remote control unit and
carefully insert 2 «AA» type batteries into the battery compartment, making sure
that the batteries' polarity is correct (matching the battery's «+» terminal with the
«+» sign inside the battery compartment, and the «-» terminal with the «-» sign).
Refit the battery cover.
1. Apply plenty of electro-stimulation gel on the electrodes.
2. Put the belt around your waist (the electrodes have to be in contact with
skin. Otherwise there will be no stimulation). Adjust the width of the belt.
