3. Before you start...
Unpacking
Remove the packaging and place the scale on a firm, level surface.
The scope of supply includes:
• Weighing platform with handle
• Display part with connecting cable and

desk-top stand

• Wall bracket

• 2 Screws
• 2 Rawlplugs
• Battery holder containing 6 mignon-
type AA 1.5 V batteries
• 1 set of operating instructions
Desk-top stand
When supplied, the display part is provid-
ed with a desk-top stand. Set up the dis-
play part and ensure that the connecting
cable to the scale is routed safely.
Wall bracket
The display part can also be attached to the wall. The adapter wedge, wall bracket and
fixings are intended for this purpose.
– First remove the desk-top stand from
the display part by pressing in the lock-
ing hook as shown and pulling the
desk-top stand off the bottom of the
display.
