Flakes
To obtain flakes (fig. 4), you can work in
positions 1, 2, 3 and 4.
As a result, by setting the distance
with the regulating knob, the first pair
of rollers allows you to obtain different
flake finishes. In this case, the third
roller permits the flakes to come out
more easily. The type of finishing
depends on personal taste and on the
performance of the selected cereal.
Flakes for breakfast
Marga Mulino is the only product that allows
you to obtain fresh flakes for breakfast:
this processing, carried out shortly before
consumption, fully preserves cereal properties
and ensures full assimilation of all nutritional
properties.
