Machine care and maintenance
Marga Mulino is manufactured with top-quality materials and accurately perfected during production, so no special maintenance is
required.
Here are some tips to keep the machine in perfect condition:
•
When using Marga Mulino for the first time, operate the machine from position 1 to 6 for 2-3 minutes using the handle. When finished,
discard the flour: with this procedure, the rollers will be completely cleaned.
•
Do not wash the machine with water or detergents. To clean, simply remove the product residuals using the brush provided (fig. 9).
•
Always clean the rollers after processing.
•
To remove the hopper, pull it upwards (fig. 10).
•
In case of unusual noises, put a few drops of Vaseline oil on the ends of the rollers (fig. 11).
•
Never clean the machine with Pastadrive motor connected. Do not clean the rollers while these are rotating.
