6 SE311 Control Signals

5.3 Interface X 7: 24 V I/O
Two inputs and outputs, which can be
processed in the tightening program, are
integrated in the SE311.
To use the inputs via external limit switches,
the 24 V potential can be used by the internal
power supply (pins 5 and 6).

6.1
A tightening cell is defined as the installed
hardware for at least one tightening channel
and at least one data interface for
communication with the operating or
evaluation program or the superior controller.
This includes the corresponding tightening
programs and tightening applications.
A tightening channel is controlled by an
SE311 tightening controller. The KE310 or
KE312 and SE311 communicate with each
other via an internal bus system.
Up to 48 tightening programs can be stored
in a tightening controller. Only 1 tightening
program can be started at a time.
6.2
The tightening cell communicates with the
superior controller via control signals. A PLC
assignment table determines which control
signals are assigned to the inputs/outputs.
The inputs/outputs are assigned in the
Voltage/
BS300 operating program.
