Checking the sleep temperature of the soldering
iron:
Use the cable connector Ref. 0780476 supplied
with the thermometer.
1. Connect the ends of the cable to the metal parts
of the stand and the handpiece.
2. The soldering tip must be well tinned.
3. Aplicar estaño en el centro del sensor.
4. Wait a moment until the reading temperature
becomes stabilized.
5. Read the temperature.
Calibration procedure of TI 2650
1. Pull up the sensor.
2. Adjust °C (°F) at ambient temperature.

4. Apply power and read the voltage (mV), by
Digital mVolt Meter at 100, 200, 300, 400, 500°C
each.

5. For further adjustment the galvanometer can
also be adjusted through the potentiometer
placed inside the unit.
6. Adjust the reading at ambient temperature with
slotted screw driver (Fig. A), then insert the
sensor.
