In the Fit List, this number refers to the
MAXIMUM distance (in inches), between the
front and rear crossbars, center to center.
Crossbar spread is a key factor in determining
the accessories and loads that the system can
safely carry on a car. The chart below lists a
minimum and maximum spread for what can
be carried with the listed accessories.
