Possible defects

In case of malfunction immediately disconnect the device from the power supply
(unplug). Before contacting the customer service department or vendor check the
troubleshooting table below.
Problem
The grill plates do not get
warm although the device
has been turned on and
the orange temperature
indicator light is on.
The device is switched on.
The orange indicator light
is on but the temperature
cannot be set.
The orange heating up
indicator light is not on
although the device is
turned on and the grilling
process runs as normal.
The green indicator light in
the ON/OFF switch is not
on although the device is
turned on.
If the malfunction cannot be fixed:
