20. Fitting the abdominal belt: Insert parts "A" in to the
slots situated at the base of the carrycot, as illustrated in
the diagram sequence. WARNING! Insure that parts "A"
are securely fitted into position with in the carrycot base
before use. Turn the carrycot over, and position parts "A"
as illustrated by point 3 in the sequence of diagrams.

imperative that buckle "D" is positioned at the lowest part
of the seat belt, in contact with the rear seat base.

24. Correct positioning of the carrycot.
WARNING: The carrycot has been homologated to test
standard ECE R 44 as a group 0 car seat for
babies up to 10kg in weight: it must ONLY be fitted on
the rear seat of the vehicle. If your carrycot is fitted with
an adjustable backrest, this must be fully reclined. Do not
place any loose objects on the vehicles rear panel, as this
could cause harm to your child, when braking. Do not
make any alterations to this product. Should any
alterations have been made, the manufacturer then
declines all responsibility. NEVER leave your child
unattended. Advise all passengers how to free the child
from the car, in case of an accident or hazard. The
carrycot must be replaced immediately after an accident.
Always ensure that the seat belts are not caught or
twisted any way, by the mechanisms or doors. Whenever
travelling with the carrycot in the vehicle, but without the
child, always remember to fit the restraint system. Should
any problems arise contact the manufacturer. Prolonged
exposure to direct sunlight, or incorrect washing, may
alter materials and or fabrics. Limit exposure where
possible. Always dry metal parts thoroughly, to eliminate
the build up of rust. All fabric parts can be hand washed
at no more than 30°C.

16. WHEN THE CARRYCOT IS BEING USED IN A VEHICLE,
ALWAYS REMEMBER TO PLACE THE IMPACT PROTECTION
INSIDE THE CARRYCOT EVERY TIME YOU TRAVEL, AS THIS
IS FUNDAMENTAL TO THE RESTRAINING SYSTEM, ASWELL
AS SECURELY FITTING THE SAFETY BELTS, AROUND THE
CHILD.
FITTING THE GROUP 0+ CAR SEAT TO THE
PUSHCHAIR

27. IMPORTANT: During the early months, it is also
possible for the carrycot or car seat to be mounted on to
the pushchair, in conjunction with the seat unit, but only
in the position illustrated. To fit either the carrycot or car
seat, by means of the Quicky System to the pushchair
frame, it is only necessary to lower the backrest when in
the forward facing position, and remove parts F, as
illustrated.

28. This product has the VIA VAI REVERSE SYSTEM,
allowing the seat unit to face both forward or rear facing
(rear facing is suitable from birth to approx. 12 months,
and forward facing is suitable from 12 to 36 months
approx.) .WARNING! Always attach the fabric part of the
hood to the rear part of the backrest.
29. IMPORTANT The seat unit fabric, has various slots,
that correspond to, attaching positions within the plastic
seat unit. Before fitting the 5 point harness, pay particular
attention to the illustrations. From birth to approx. 6
months, use the slots, that are highlighted in red on the
diagrams for the shoulder straps and crotch strap. From
6 months to approx. 36 Months, use the slots that are
highlighted in blue, for the shoulder straps and crotch
straps. For use in the forward or rear facing positions, the
harness positioning instructions must always be adhered
to.
ASSEMBLING THE 5 POINT HARNESS ON THE
PUSHCHAIR
30. WARNING! Before fitting the harness, take time to
study the illustrations, and to understand the positioning
of the seat unit slots in conjunction to shoulder straps (L),
abdominal belt (M), and crotch strap (N) of the harness.
IMPORTANT! Make sure to choose the correct slots
according to the age of the child.
30A. FITTING THE SHOULDER STRAPS: Insert buckles "L"
in to the corresponding slots. IMPORTANT! The buckle
must pass through both the fabric and rigid seat unit
slots to be fitted correctly, as per diagram.
30B FITTING THE ABDOMINAL BELT: insert buckles "M" in
to the relevant slots. IMPORTANT: pass the buckle
through the fabric and the backrest slots to be fixed in
the right way as shown in the picture.
30C FITTING THE CROTCH STRAP: Insert buckle N, into
the corresponding slot. IMPORTANT! The buckle must
pass through both the fabric and rigid seat unit slots to
be fitted correctly, as per diagram. IMPORTANT! Before
use, ensure that the harness is not twisted in any way and
fitted correctly.

34. WARNING! Itʼs necessary to fit the seat unit in the
relevant indicated housings to use it in rear facing
position. Pay attention to the correct direction to fit the
seat unit. Only the one shown in the picture is right. Pay
particular attention to the direction of fitting, as the

35b. IMPORTANT! Never lift the product when the child

0-12 MONTHS CONFIGURATION: REAR FACING
POSITION
Itʼs recommended to use the seat unit in rear facing
position when the child is still very young (0-12 months)
in order to keep an eye at the child. To remove the seat
unit, refer to "REMOVING THE REVERSIBLE SEAT UNIT"
