General safety precautions
• The crane hook must be adjusted to the suspension
ring / eye. Please see the overview of suitable crane
hooks according to DIN 15 401 from table 6.7.
• The load hooks are not swivelling under load (they
only serve for positioning without load)!
• It is only allowed to adjust the attachment points
synchronously!
• To assemble the adjustable attachment points, they
must be slightly tilted and lifted in order to bring
them into right position on the beam. Then the
adjustable attachment points must be fitted into the
welded catches. Make sure that there is only one
adjustable attachment point on each side of the sus-
pension!
Modellspezifische Bedienhinweise
8.2.1 Attachment devices may exclusively be
suspended into the load hooks, the lateral hooks or
into the central additional strap.
When the attachment devices are put
directly over the spreader beam, they
can slip and consequently lead to
crash of the load.
DANGER
8.2.2 The adjustable attachment points may only have
an inclination of max. 6° in the welded catches.
If the adjustable attachment
points hang in their catches at an
inclination greater than 6°, the
catches can deform and release the
load.
DANGER
8.2.3 The maximum attachment angle for attachment
devices (belts, round slings, ropes etc.) to the lateral
hooks is 45°. Please note the reduction in the capacity
of the attachment devices due to the angle of inclinati-
on!
If the maximum attachment angle is
exceeded, it can lead to failure of the
hooks and crash of the load.
WARNING
8.2.4 Chains must not be used when they are twisted.
If the chains are used when they are
twisted, they can deform, thus
incalculable forces can emerge and
release the load.
