Reinstall the front fan assembly:

NOTE: If the server management Ethernet connector has not been used before,
remove the cover that protects the connector before connecting a network cable. See
Figure 1-6 for the location of the connector
Connect a network cable to the 10-Mbps server management Ethernet connector on

the system back panel. See Figure 1-6.

Reconnect the system and peripherals to their electrical outlets, and turn them on.
