Cleaning, Care & Maintenance
• Clean the inside and outside of the appliance using a soft cloth and clean soapy water
• Wipe the appliance dry with a dry, soft cloth.
• NB: ensure that the appliance is turned off and unplugged before cleaning.
Defrost
This appliance must be defrosted manually.
1. Turn off the appliance and unplug from power supply.
2. Leave door open until ice and frost dissolve
3. Clean appliance by following cleaning, care and maintenance instructions.

Possible Causes
No power to unit
The temperature dial may be set too high
The door may not be closed properly
The door seal may be dirty
The door seal may be damaged
Poor ventilation
The temperature dial may be set too low
Drain Pipe blocked
Drain Pan not positioned correctly
This is refrigerant circulating through the cooling system – it does not indicate that there is a fault
The side will heat up if the door is frequently opened or closed, when switching on the freezer and
when it is working during the summer (and there are high ambient temperatures). It does not
indicate a fault
To prevent condensation, there is an anti-condensation pipe which heats up the front of the
cabinet. It does not indicate a fault
