Assembly instructions
Before assembly
Use the list of components and Fig. 1 to check completeness of the
components supplied.
We recommend using a soft, clean and flat surface to ensure the model is
not damaged during assembly. Always use, unless otherwise specifically
stated, ZACKI
-ELAPOR instant adhesive for gluing.

1. Completing the wings
2
Place the upper wing
surface to ensure it is not damaged. Experimentally insert the canopy
into the pockets of the wing. This should be possible without having to
apply too much pressure. If this is not the case, minor adjustments to the
recesses for the carbon fiber spars may be necessary. It is essential that
the canopy can be glued into the pockets fully and flush with the surface,
otherwise the correct installation angle difference will not be set. After
making sure everything fits properly, slightly roughen the contact surfaces
with sandpaper (240-320 grit), preferably also the exposed piece of the
carbon fiber spar. Now apply sufficient adhesive to the contact surfaces
and insert the canopy firmly. Use a paper towel to wipe off any escaping
adhesive. Weigh down the canopy, e.g. with the flight battery, until the
adhesive has set fully. The bonded joint is very important and must,
therefore, be carried out carefully.
While the upper wing is setting, glue the wing struts

lower wing
. Fig. 3 shows the installation direction, the procedure
is exactly the same as for the canopy; also ensure the bonded joint is
sufficiently secure. When both components have set sufficiently, join
them together. Place the upper wing as shown in Fig. 4 on the surface
and perform all the work steps as usual. Make sure the components are
aligned properly to each other.

2. Gluing in the tailplane
In the next work step, the tailplane
so, please refer to Fig. 5 . The process is the same as before; fit together
without adhesive, roughen slightly, clean, apply ZACKI
align properly. To check everything is correct, as shown in Fig. 6 ,
measure the distance from the wing tips of the tailplane to the recess of
the lower wing. The distance should be the same on both sides and the
tail should sit horizontally on the fuselage Fig. 17 .
3. Gluing in the vertical tail
4
The procedure for gluing in the vertical tail is shown in Fig. 7 . Here,
too, the respective work steps must be carried out carefully. During the
trial fitting, the rear undercarriage can be experimentally pushed through
the hinge. It is now possible to carry out any reworking that might be
required. When gluing the tail, the rear undercarriage can be inserted
as a positioning aid. Take special care that ZACKI
contact with the hinge. Use Fig. 17 to check correct alignment of the tail
to the fuselage.
4. Installing the RC
Install the receiver in the model. To do so, use a piece of the supplied

hook and loop tape
onto the
and the loop side onto the receiver. The servos can now be connected.
The numbering facilitates assignment. In the next step, make sure your
transmitter is ready for operation. This involves assigning the channels
correctly and ensuring the trim is set to neutral.
Now insert the battery using a piece of hook and loop tape
It is now time to bind your receiver. The servos can now be controlled and
should be set to neutral. Make sure the rods do not come into contact with
anything, thereby blocking the servos. As this could damage the servos.
