Installation overview
Handling the lock during the shell construction phase
Protect the lock against moisture and vibrations.
Do not allow the lock to be dropped or hit.
Do not drill into the door leaf if the lock is installed.
Never use a hammer or similar for the installation of the square spindle.
Never lift or carry the door leaf on the lever handle.
Do not cover or paint over the faceplate and latchbolt.
Load the lever handle only by hand in the specified direction of rotation.
Do not operate the lever handle and cylinder locking cam at the same time.
When delivered, the lock is provided with a slotted insert. After completing the shell
construction phase, the PC insert must be replaced with a profile cylinder.
A lock with PC insert can be opened using a screwdriver.
1. Insert a screwdriver into the slot.
2. Turn the screwdriver.
The latchbolt is retracted by
the turning of the screwdriver.
