Check the function of the top-locking.
When closing or opening, the vertical rod must move in
freewheel and without making contact with the striker.

Installing the door hardware

„ Never drill holes in the lock.
„ Remove the lock before drilling holes in the door leaf.
„ Before installing the lock, clean the lock recess.
„ Install the square spindle by hand. Never use a hammer or similar.
The door leaf may warp if the fixing screws are tightened too strong.
This may impair the function of the lock.
„ Tighten the screws with maximum 2 Nm!
