Error description
"Locked" signal does not
appear.
Daytime release cannot be
adjusted.
The lock locks more quickly/
slowly than required.
Lock locks immediately
although hold-open time has
been set.
Programming/saving is not
possible.
Red LED lights up.
Blue LED lights up.

Cause
"Locked" relay contact is
not assigned.
Door contact is defective or
not connected.
The latchbolt cannot move
to the "locked position".
Seal not broken.
The signal at the control
input drops out.
Latchbolt is jamming.
Hold-open time
programmed
too short/long.
Door contact is closed.
Jumper missing.
Locking cylinder actuation
time too short (blue LED
does not light up).
The lock does not switch to
programming mode.
Modified settings are not
saved.
Lock overload.
Cylinder locking cam not in
the removal position
(= 6 o'clock position).
The lock is in
service/programming
mode.
Remedy
Check wiring.
Check door contact or
wiring (see Chapter 4).
Align or adjust latch striker
correctly, adapt striker at
latch area.
Penetrate the seal and
board (see Chapter 7.7).
Make sure the control unit
is sending a constant signal.
See error description
"Lock does not unlock".
Check programming
(see Chapter 6.1).
Check door contact/open
door.
Check wiring
(see Chapter 4).
Using the locking cylinder,
turn the latchbolt 3 times
into the end position
"Locked"/"Unlocked" and
hold for 2 s each.
Turn off daytime release.
End programming mode by
operating the key 3 times
(see Chapter 6).
Check whether the lock is
mechanically blocked (see
error description "Lock
does not unlock").
Remove the key.
End programming mode by
operating the key 3 times
(see Chapter 6).
