Fix
Fill the water tank with a
suffi cient amount of water.
Do not overfi ll the water tank!
During the brewing process,
remove the jug from the device
for no more than 30 seconds.

coarser grind.
Clean the fi lter insert (11) with
drip stop.
Descale the device.
Use coffee powder with a
coarser grind.
Do not overfi ll the permanent
fi lter (12) / fi lter paper.
Descale the device.
A smell often develops when new
devices are fi rst used. The smell
should disappear once the device
has been used several times.
