3. Enter the customer details.
All of the fields marked with * must be filled in.
You can find your customer number e.g. on the consign-
ment note or invoice.
The User name and Codeword are optional and, if ticked
here , are to be entered each time the program starts.

The user name and password can be set as required. Note
that the fields are case sensitive.

4. Product selection.
Select your ordered products (see invoice).
At least one product must be selected by clicking on Order
.

For products with hardware, e.g. the Snooper device, the
serial number must be entered.
