6- For better juicing performance, we advise to regularly clean the filter
and the juice bowl.
7- After use, it is advisable to clean the appliance as quickly as possible to
avoid the accumulation of dried food in the appliance. To make cleaning
easier, you can first rinse it by pouring a glass of water through the feed
tube during operation.
Common faults
The appliance cannot be turned on
The appliance will not start, and the
indicator lamp flashes
The appliance stopped suddenly
during operation, and is beeping
The filter has been scratched
Very little juice is extracted
There is a lot of water in the pulp
The rubber scraper does not rotate
during operation
Handling method
Check if the plug has been plugged in properly.
Check if the juicing jug has been fitted properly.
Check if the juicing or jam bowl has been fitted
properly, and check if the safety lid is properly
aligned.
Is the appliance is clogged from excessive
feeding (too many pieces or pieces too large)?
Put the appliance into "Reverse" mode and let it
run for 5 seconds.
Has the appliance entered its safety mode
after working continuously for more than
20 minutes?
Solution: Allow the appliance to rest for
30 minutes, then try again.

The gap between the filter and the rubber
scraper is very small; do not run the appliance
when empty.
Water content varies between different fruits
and vegetables.
Fruits and vegetables also produce less juice
when they lose their freshness.
When juicing hard fruits and vegetables, check that
the pulp lever control is in the "Open" position
When juicing soft fruits and vegetables, check
that the pulp lever control is in the "Closed"
position.
Check if the gear (L) at the base of the juice bowl
has not deteriorated, if so contact your customer
service
