To set the stopwatch:
1. Press MODE to switch to Stopwatch Mode.
2. Press and hold SET until the first setting flashes.
3. Press ST/SP/ + or MEM/- to change the setting.

5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 to change other settings for this mode.
6. The setting sequence is training intensity, lower and upper heart rate limit,
alert ON / OFF, target calorie value, target calories alert ON / OFF and warm-
up time (0-10 mins).
7. Press MODE to exit the setting mode at any time.
Starting the exercise
Press the button MODE, if necessary several times, in order to recall the
display of stopwatch (CHRONO)
Press the button ST/SP/+ in order to start. The exercise time is counted
upwards. The exercise time is displayed in min : sec : 1/100. After 59 minutes
in hour : min : sec.
Press the button ST/SP/+, if you want to interrupt. The time is stopped. Press
ST/SP/+ again to continue.
To stop the training press ST/SP/+.
After you finished the training, press SET for 2 seconds to reset stopwatch!
If you want to skip warm up press MEM/-.
The calories and fat burned will not be counted during the warm-up. 2 beeps
willsignal the end of the warm-up session.

You cannot use the Intelligent Training Program if you are running the
stopwatch.
