• Single-phase equipment (230V) connected to the generator does not work:
The overload circuit breakers and
differential (if equipped) are in the ON
position?

Possible causes, following the order below
Brushes in poor condition
Loose cable or connector
The voltage regulator is
damaged.
Check if the equipment
connected to the generator
has any failure.
YES
Using a voltmeter, is there a voltage at the 230V socket?
NO
If the engine continues without generating
electricity, contact our Technical Assistance
Service: spv@sg-group.es
NO
Set them to ON
Check and replace if
necessary.
Visually check the
connections of the
generator and the control
panel.
Replace the voltage
regulator.
