1 Drain out the fuel tank with the support of a hand pump, storing the gasoline
in an approved container.
NOTE: Do not use normal plastic
bottles, because
decompose partially in contact with
gasoline and become it contaminated. If
reused, contaminated gasoline can
damage an engine.

and flammable.

2 To add a gasoline stabilizer – according to the manufacturer's
recommendations – one bottle per few liters of gasoline (see specifications).
3 Put back this treated gasoline in the generator tank. Start the generator and
let the engine runs during few minutes so that the treated gasoline flows
through the admission circuit.
4 Then stop the engine by turning the start button (DIAL) to the OFF position.
Once stopped, turn the DIAL back to the ON-GASOLINE position. Thus,
the fuel valve is open.
5 With a screwdriver, loosen the carburettor drain screw and let the gasoline
to drain out completely.
6 Once the carburettor is drained, put back the drain screw. And turn the
DIAL to the OFF position.
7 Change the engine oil. It is recommended that the engine rest with the
oil in good condition.
