Watt mode
1. Press the UP or DOWN key to select your training programme, select the
WATT mode and press the MODE key to confirm.
2. Press the MODE key to set the target wattage (default: 120).
3. Press the UP or DOWN key to set TIME.
4. Press the START/STOP key to start the workout. Press the UP or DOWN
key to adjust the wattage.
5. Press the START/STOP key to pause the workout. Press the RESET key to
return to the main menu.
