Manual Programme
When the programme screen (9) indicates you are in manual mode (MA), you can
choose the time by pressing the "TIME-" button (4) for less time and the "TIME +"
button (3) for more time. If you do not choose a time, the default time of the session
will be 15 minutes. Press the "START" button (5) to start the exercise. The machine
begins on speed 1. You can increase the speed up to speed 99 using the "SPEED
HI" button (6). To reduce the speed, press the "SPEED LOW" button (7). The speed
screen (10) displays the speed of the exercise at that time. To stop all programmes,
press the "Stop" button (8).
To use any of the following three functions, first press the M button (21). Pressing the
M button (21) again deactivates the function:
In manual mode, press speed button 20 (18) (see product description figure) to set
the device to speed 20.
In manual mode, press speed button 50 (19) (see product description figure) to set
the device to speed 50.
In manual mode, press speed button 80 (20) (see product description figure) to set
the device to speed 80.

When using the device for the first few times, we recommend starting on low speeds
with few vibrations per minute and gradually increasing the speed as you continue
exercising.
For exercises in which the user is standing (see Exercise Guide). When both feet are
placed in zone (A) (see Figure 1), it is like walking. In zone (B), it is like power walking
and in zone (C), it is like running. Choose the exercise level you want based on the
position of your feet.
The recommended duration of all programmes is 15 minutes.
We recommend doing one session a day.
To do exercises with the elastic bands (16), attach them to the brackets for elastic
bands (15).
To turn off the device, press the Power button (14). Press the Power button (14) to turn
the device on again. The device will only work if the main switch (2) is turned on. To
completely turn on and turn off the device, press the main switch (2).
