10. Additional Information

10.1.

Notice of liability

The sedimentation tank is built according to the state of the art and recognised safety rules. With proper operation,
the risk to people is reduced to a level that is acceptable given the current state of the art. Incorrect use may create
risks for people and property or damage to the product. Immediately eliminate any defects or malfunctions that
could impair safety. Safety information cannot be construed against the manufacturer.
The manufacturer accepts no liability whatsoever for personal injury, damage to property or damage caused to the
product, as well as consequential damage caused or caused by non-observance of this instruction manual, during
repairs or any other actions by unqualified and unauthorised specialists on the product.
Any use beyond the area of application of the sedimentation tank described in this instruction manual is not
permitted. The manufacturer is not liable for any resulting damage.
The manufacturer is also not liable for the use of non-approved spare parts. For your own safety, only use original
spare parts from the manufacturer!
No alterations may be made to the sedimentation tank. If unauthorised changes result in damage to the product or
other property or persons, no claims for damages can be made against the manufacturer.

10.2. Warranty provisions

We guarantee the perfect workmanship and function of the delivered sedimentation tank and grant a 36-month
warranty from the invoice date.
The following are excluded from the warranty:

Damage caused by the customer.
•
Damage caused by foreign objects.
•
Damage due to improper transportation.
• Damage due to non-observance of safety, maintenance and cleaning instructions.
Exclusion of any liability on the part of the manufacturer in the event of improper handling and resulting damage.

Warranty claims

Before any costs are incurred, please inform the local specialist. After consulting the manufacturer, your local
specialist will decide what to do next.
In the event of a complaint, please state the date of purchase or have the purchase invoice ready.

Property rights/Brand names/Disclaimer

There may be deviations in the content of this instruction manual, which are due to technical changes. The
information in this document is checked regularly; necessary corrections are included in the subsequent editions.
