the above method, please contact Duronic. Do not disassemble it by

Check/Test
Check whether the
batteries are low
Are the batteries inserted
correctly?
Is it plugged in correctly?
Is the cuff or tube broken
or leaking?
Did your arm move when
taking the reading?
Did you talk when taking
the reading?
Is the cuff wrapped too
loose?
The airbag in the cuff is
broken

Solution
Replace batteries or plug
Micro USB cable into
device
Install in accordance with
the positive and negative
poles of the batteries
Insert the cuff
into the air jack tightly
Buy a new cuff
Remain still and try again
Keep quiet and try again
Please tighten the cuff
Replace with a new cuff
