present any danger if used in a correct and
proper way. These instructions describe
how to use the unit correctly.
Safety instructions before use
Make sure that the supply cable of the
n
oil cart is not near hot surfaces or on
any heating surfaces.
Safety instructions during use
Only switch the pump on if you have
n
swivelled the outlet pipe over the pan
or a container.
Only switch the pump on if there is li-
n
quid oil or fat in the oil cart. Other-
wise, the pump can overheat and be
damaged.
Never switch the pump on when there
n
is water in the oil cart. Otherwise, the
pump can be damaged.
Observe the minimum filling quantity
n
of the oil cart of 15 litres. Do not allow
the the minimum filling quantity to be
dropped below when heating oil or fat.
Observe the maximum filling quantity
n
of the oil cart of 49 litres. Do not ex-
ceed the filling quantity.
Regularly change oil or fat. Old oil or
n
fat is highly flammable and has a tend-
ency to overflow.
If you pump hot oil or fat from the oil
n
cart into the pan, the outlet pipe will
become very hot. Only handle the oil
cart using the handles.
If oil or fat spills onto the floor when
n
loading or emptying the pan, clean the
floor immediately. The floor around
the unit must be dry and slip-resistant.
