3. Apply the parking brakes of the oil
cart.
4. Connect the oil cart to the mains using
the power cable.
5. Turn on the oil cart.
6. Set the pump switch from 0 to I.

The oil cart pumps oil or fat into the
pan.
7. When the desired amount of oil or fat
is in the pan, switch the pump switch
from I to 0.
8. Disconnect the oil cart from the power
supply, release the parking brakes and
take the oil cart to its storage location.
WARNING! Risk of burns! When hot
oil or fat is pumped into the pan, the
outlet pipe becomes very hot. Only
handle the oil cart by the handles.
Emptying the pan

The drain opening is closed.
1. Take the oil cart to the unit at the level
of the pan outlet.
2. Apply the parking brakes of the oil
cart.
3. Open the lid of the oil cart and place
the filter in the opening.
4. WARNING! Risk of burns! If the pan is
tilted too quickly, hot oil can splash on
it. Wear your personal protective
equipment to protect yourself from
getting burnt. Carefully tilt the pan and
make sure that the oil or fat runs ex-
actly into the opening of the oil cart.
Make sure that the filter in the oil cart
does not overflow. This is the only
way to ensure that all oil or fat is
filtered.
5. Tilt the pan completely until it is com-
pletely empty.

6. Remove the filter and clean it.
7. Close the lid of the oil cart.
8. Disconnect the oil cart from the power
supply, release the parking brakes and
take the oil cart to its storage location.

1. Release the locking brakes on the oil
cart.
2. Close the lid of the oil cart.
3. WARNING! Scalding hazard! If the oil
cart is filled with hot fat or oil and you
move the oil cart abruptly, the oil cart
can tip over. Hot oil or fat can splash
out of the oil cart and scald you. Hold
the handle of the oil cart with both
hands and carefully push the oil cart.
Depending on how much oil or fat is
contained in the oil cart, the handling
characteristics of the oil cart vary.
4. Gently push the oil cart over
thresholds and slopes.
5. When you park the oil cart, apply the
locking brake on the oil cart.

The oil or fat has cooled, but it is still
liquid.
1. Apply the locking brakes of the oil cart.
2. Swivel the outlet pipe over a container
that is large enough to hold the
amount of oil or fat contained in the oil
cart.
3. Switch the pump from 0 to I.
